One of the challenges people encounter when wishing to become more active is the lack of knowledge on where to start.ActiveSudbury and our community partners, YMCA Sudbury and the City of Greater Sudbury, are happy to be offering free Getting Started Clinics to the public providing them information on how to become more active.Topics include equipment technique and selection, coaching tips, and community connections.
