Youth Basketball: A youth developmental league for children aged 8 – 12
designed to teach basic skills, rules and love for the game!
Recreational Gymnastics: A program for gymnasts, from beginner to pre-competitive.
Learn the basic skills that help promote flexibility, body awareness and
balance.
Dance: Teaches young dancers various styles of dance while
developing basic dance concepts, steps and positions.
Martial Arts: These programs develop physical fitness, self-discipline,
and respect for oneself and others.
Squash: Teaches basic rules of squash. Lessons are available for
beginners through to advanced players.
Teen Weight Training: Learn about basic training principles, healthy and appropriate weight lifting techniques and etiquette requirements while on the Individual Conditioning Floor.
Swimming: An 8 level water activity program for children aged 18
months to 5 years starting with an introduction to the water with a parent
through to more advanced lessons where children learn to refine swimming skills
like front and back swim.
Dance: Intro to Dance exposes new dancers to basic techniques and
styles of dance.
Gymnastics: A parent and Child class is available for children from 3 –
5 years of age. Children are introduced to basic skills while having lots of
fun!
Preschool Classes: Classes for parents and children ranging in activities from
art to music to yoga!
